Measure 3-4g of coffee leaf tea into a pre-warmed teapot
Pour approximately 250ml of 90-95°C water slowly
Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes for full flavor extraction

Grind 15g of coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
Pour 30ml hot water and let bloom for 30 seconds
Slowly pour in circular motions up to 250ml
Total extraction time: 2:30-3:00 minutes

Extract at 9 bar pressure for 25-30 seconds
Yield approximately 36-40ml of espresso
